Best Belly Flattening in the Comfort of your Home



Tight fittings, sexy hanging tees, seductive swimsuits and the likes--these are some of the ladies wardrobe frustrations.  Let’s admit it, not every woman can wear it to a T.  Some would hide in the corner sporting it or others would simply cover their body, enough to reveal only a thin strap on the shoulder or a little leg show from below.  Let’s not be enslaved by these disappointments anymore; liberate your selves from this nasty situation. From the comforts of your home, know some ways to flatten those bellies.

A simple chair can help.  Sit up straight in a firm armless chair.  Grab the edges of the stool firmly in front of your hips. While supporting carefully your body with your hands, slowly draw your knees up toward your chest.  Make sure to feel every stretching of your leg muscles.  Stretch more to keep your back pressed on the chair.  Hold a bit then slowly lower.

Terrestrial space means a lot.  Lie on the floor with your arms at your side. Feet should be off the land.  Hips and knees must bent at 90 degrees angle to be able to attain the proper buildup.  Slowly contract your abs and feel the pressing of your back on the floor. Tilt your pelvis and lift your hips as you a curve you from the floor.  But make sure to keep your body relaxed as you do this.  Again, hold and slowly lower.  

Exercise ball are always available in shopping centers.  Lie back on the ball, to support your lower back, with your knees bent and your feet on the floor.  Place you hands loosely on your back head. Then, slowly raise your shoulders to no more than 45 degrees up from horizontal.  Hold then slowly lower.  For better balance, you can let your feel move wider and for a much faster result, you can alternately move your feet close together.  

Rubber mat will help you relaxed as you crunch.  Stand with your feet a few inches apart, and then move one leg about 1 to 2 feet forward.  Make sure to not keep yourself off balanced.  Then, bend your knees but make sure that your front knee is adjacent over your ankle, and your back heel should be off the base.  Hold in your belly but enough to breathe comfortable, and tuck your butt by tilting your pelvis.  You must fee the stretch at the front of your hips.  Hold for 15 to 60 seconds for a better result.   

A little resourcefulness will save you from depriving yourself of wearing fabulous sexy clothes. These smart ideas will help do the wonders for your curves.  Also if you have a chance, invite your partner to do these with you.  You are not just making a quality time for yourself but also for your loved ones.  Learn to live your lives to the fullest; see to it that your free time is used worthwhile.
